PATCHING work on the A3088 Cartgate Link road between Yeovil and the A303, which started on Monday, is expected to finish this week.
Temporary traffic lights have been used on the busy road while work is under way.
Eastlands Road in Yeovil will be closed for one day on December 17 while patching work is carried out there, highways officials at Somerset County Council said this week.
