Yeovil College vocational students are celebrating after their results were announced today ranging from 84-100% pass rates overall.
I went through three levels of study at the college ( a few years ago now ) A levels, Art foundation and ITEC evening classes . I know the college has undergone a lot of changes since my day but I am thrilled to see they have got such a fantastic vocational programme, it is so important these days. WELL DONE EVERYONE!!
Students on Level 3 courses, including BTEC National Diplomas and NVQs, achieved 100% pass rates in subjects as diverse as Business, Art & Design, Media, Sport & Exercise Science, Childcare & Education and Beauty Therapy.
95% of BND IT Practitioner students and 92% of BND Sports students also passed their courses.
Students completing Level 2 courses BFD Business and BFD Health & Social Care also achieved a 100% pass rate, as did students on NVQ Level 2 Beauty Therapy, Food & Drink Service and Hairdressing courses.
