We tried her once and found it so bad we never went back again.

I have been to many Indian restaurants, and there is nothing quite like this. Not only is the food superb, the atmosphere really brings India to life. Very traditional and modern at the same time. All the food I have ordered has always been fresh and I have never been disappointed! This is without a doubt the best Indian restaurant in somerset, if not, the whole of the UK. I would definitely recommend this place as It it is much better than all the other Indians in Yeovil. This is truly the jewel of Yeovil!
Ive just recently been to this resteraunt and indian being my favourite cuisine i thought id try out this resteraunt. Outside looked quite decent. However to my surprise, I ordered a lamb vindaloo and a few starters. Wasnt impressed. Lamb curry was too salty and the starter was basic, sadly to say it wasnt anything special.
I've eaten in a lot of places around the world and even in Yeovil this is not the best Curry house.
Also a great place to feel ripped off any Valentines night, the food is uninspired and has neither the texture or taste. Having said that it is a step up from the Viceroy.
If you love curry you really have to try this place. If we ever fancy a takeaway you can bet we end up here! Trouble is it always takes me forever to choose as everything is sooo good. Lovely place to eat out too. Small but has a nice welcoming atmosphere. Just fab.
In my eyes, the best curry house in town. Deceptively small, the Akash is set amongst all the other lovely places on the locally named 'takeaway alley'. But the sheer quality of the food sets it apart, and free delivery is available anywhere in Yeovil.
What to look out for: I know I've said it before, but the Garlic Chilli Chicken is truly a taste sensation that will *ahem* leave it's mark.
