Based in Yeovil and Taunton, we specialise in asbestos and statutory compliance surveys for both commercial and private clients across the South West of England. We are not VAT registered.

We carry out a number of asbestos surveys including asbestos management, (previously Type 2) and demolition/refurbishment surveys previously Type 3) – now a legal requirement before work commences. Following the survey we will provide the survey report, the asbestos register and any advice fulfilling the acts requirement. Both a printed copy and PDF will be sent.

Our surveyors are suitably qualified and have had extensive experience in asbestos surveys, DDA assessments, fire risk assessments for public sector, commercial and private houses/flats.

When a flat is being sold an asbestos management and fire risk assessment are needed for the common areas. We can complete both at the same time giving you a considerable saving.
