Anyone know if there's any truth to the rumour that Nicholas Cage was at Cineworld in Yeovil this weekend?! Did anyone see/talk to/get their picture taken with him? If so please upload it to this site so I can see if I missed out on the chance of a lifetime :(

Well, you would be surprised at the people who we brush against and never notice.
When I was a cabbie I picked up quite a few stars, and even superstars, and mostly without realising until it was pointed out, or they told me.

On Friday I was at Puxton Park near Weston-super-mud with my family - my daughter works there.
Nicholas Cage was there, and he had spoken to members of staff, but guess what, even though we were there at the same time, and possibly even sat near him, very few people noticed!
That is strangely normal though, when at an ATM in Weymouth years ago the person behind me was the late Buster Merryfield, and even then despite his very noticeable white beard, most people were unaware

He's got another house much closer to Yeovil than Bath too.

LOL - Re Buster Merryfield - I have a mate who used to get mistaken for him due to his similar features and white beard. Another mate of mine actually met him (and spoke to him!) in Bournemouth; very pleasant chap apparantly - did he used to live in Dorset then?
