Magistrates have issued a warrant for the arrest of Fosse Park Road resident James Krzyzanowski after he contacted Weymouth Magistrates' to say he could not afford the journey from Yeovil to answer charges.
The 19 year old had been charged with using threatening words or behaviour causing harrasment, alarm or distress after an incident in Sherborne on the 9th of October.
