    Anyone else noticed how much wildlife there is along the A30 to Sherborne?
    Kestrels and Buzzards are in abundance, and I've seen Lapwings in the field just before the pet shop. There are loads of deer in the fields as you get closer to Sherborne.

    Wow i hadn't noticed the deer but I've seen the Buzzards - quite impressive.
    But what is worrying is how many Badger corpses there are at the moment. I think we counted 5 just on the way to Sherborne, and there were at least another 3 coming back. It's really bad, I haven't seen so many before and it's happened on the last couple of weeks.

    I noticed the Badgers - not the only unsightly thing on the A30 - once again someone has fly-tipped in the layby by the Bradford Abbas road. It seems to happen quite often so expect a story on that soon.
