    Kris Marshall was stopped by police in a Tesco car park last week.
    Kris Marshall, star of BBC sitcom My Family will appear at South Somerset Magistrates Court in Yeovil tomorrow.     Residents are urged to report anyone they suspect is committing benefit fraud to the district council by telephoning 01935 462208.
    A Chard woman has been brought to justice following an investigation into suspected benefit fraud. Donna Fisher (29) of Reed Close in Chard did not inform the district council that her partner had found work, and as a result she continued to claim £2,400 in housing benefit and council tax benefit that she was no longer entitled to.     Residents are urged to report anyone they suspect is committing benefit fraud. All reports of fraud can be made anonymously and are treated in the strictest confidence.
    A Wincanton woman found guilty of benefit fraud has been fined after an investigation led by South Somerset District Council. Trudy Chubb, 40, of Rickhayes was sentenced on Monday 5 September and must pay a £250 fine, a £15 victim surcharge and £150 towards the district council's costs.
