Cafe Forum is under relatively new management and when the new guys took it over I used to go there at least 4 times a week. The food and drink on offer is all fairly standard (both in price and quality) but the main draw for me was the free WiFi and comfy furnishings. I no longer go there, however, after the manager told me that plugging my laptop in was "not allowed" as "it's free WiFi, not free electricity mate". I was quite shocked and left, never going back since. I found it a bit out of order since I always made sure I bought something and left a tip, certainly more than enough to cover their profit margin and the tiny bit of electricity I had used. It's a shame because other than that I thought the place was OK.
