chocks away

This is always a family favourite and as my Dad was in the RAF we had many happy outings to visit the planes. Loads to look at and the air day is amazing. Young children maybe scared as the aircraft can be very loud. Fab summer's day out for all.

Europe's largest collection of Naval aircraft. Step on board the first British Concorde and see the amazing Aircraft Carrier Experience.

    3, 2, 1...Lift Off!

A great day out for the family, especially if you are in to all things aviation. The museum is vast and holds an impressive array of military and commercial aircraft.

What to look out for: Outside of the museum itself it is possible to see an array of military hardware that are actually in use - especially helicopters and jets, as well as ground vehicles.
