A hard fought win means Yeovil Town Ladies FC are still on track with this season's title bid.

A 24th minute Laura Bray goal saw Yeovil Town Ladies record a hard earned 1-0 win at Swindon Town Ladies on Sunday. Swindon entered the game unbeaten at home in the league and the Glovers had work hard on an uneven pitch, which made passing the ball difficult, but was ideal for Swindon's long ball tactics.

In what proved to be the close game Yeovil were expecting, Bray's first half goal proved to be key as the Glovers defense stood strong, recording another impressive shut out against determined opposition.

The win means Yeovil remain at the top of the South West Combination, five points ahead of second placed Havant & Waterlooville, who have also played one more game than the Glovers.
